Chris is co-founder and CEO of Kunstrux. Before Kunstrux, Chris co-founded and led Payix, a technology company helping lenders communicate with borrowers and collect payments. Payix was acquired by REPAY in 2022.
Mack Zimmerman
Mack is co-founder and director of Kunstrux and a partner at Roberts Zimmerman PLLC. His practice covers corporate and real estate transactions, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.
Boyce Adams
Boyce is a former President and CEO of BankTEL and former Senior Vice President at AvidXchange. His experience spans financial technology, integrated payments, bank partnerships, and buyer and supplier growth.
Wade Donnell
Wade is President and Chief Executive Officer of NBT Financial Bank, which he joined in 2000. He began his banking career in 1988 and has served as a national bank examiner, lender, and president of two banks.
Randy McCauley
Randy is a former President and CEO of Providence Bank of Texas. Randy brings experience in commercial lending, credit markets, and financial-risk management. He is also an Advisory Director at NBT Financial Bank.
